Returns & Cancellation Policy

We put great care into each piece we create, and we want you to love what you receive. That said, if something isn't right — we're here to help.

Returns & Cancellations:
• You may cancel or return an item within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with consumer protection law.
• Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in new condition.
• Custom-made pieces (including personalized designs, engravings, or crystal selections) are non-returnable.
• Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

Simply contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number, and we'll guide you through the return process.

Returns and Cancellations:

• Refunds will only be made for items that have not been used, in their original packaging and in new condition as shipped.
• Jewelry that has been custom-designed, at the customer's request (including engravings, crystal selection, or customization) cannot be returned.
• The refund will be made within 7 business days of receiving the item back, to the payment method used to place the order.
• The cost of return shipping applies to the customer, unless it is a defective item or an error on our part.
